Appropriate investment preparations make it possible to significantly limit the project costs. This is especially important for areas with difficult land and water conditions. While completing such projects, we gained precious experience in the optimisation of the costs of foundation laying and the implementation of water insulation systems in buildings. The earth works carried out after archaeological excavations, and the protection of trench slopes against sliding, are very costly. The use of innovative methods allowed us to decrease the investment costs significantly.
